This Court finds petitioner has a clear appeal remedy. Therefore, the writ petition is not entertainable. The submission that in filing appeal, there is requirement of some deposit, is not a ground to avail appeal forum. In the circumstance, this Court finds the writ petition is not entertainable at this stage which is dismissed accordingly.
