1. This application has been filed for restoration of W.P.(C) No.3137 of 2014, which was dismissed vide order dated 11th December, 2019.

2. A memo has been filed placing on record a copy of the CMAPL, which is free of defects with the copy being served on learned Additional Standing Counsel for the Revenue Department, which is taken on record.

3. For the reasons stated therein, the application is allowed.
