Heard Ms. S. Devi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. T.K. Pattnaik, learned Additional Standing Counsel.

Against the letter/order dated 19.04.2021 vide Annexure-8 issued by the Tahasildar, Kesinga-opposite party no.4 rejecting his representation dated 27.01.2021 vide Annexure-6 for extension of lease period, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing this writ petition.

Mr. T.K. Pattnaik, learned Additional Standing Counsel contended that the impugned letter/order itself is an appealable one.

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner

to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
