Heard Mr. S.S. Chaini, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sk. Zafarulla, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 3.

According to Mr. Chaini, the petitioner is aggrieved by the tardy manner in which investigation is going on in connection with Mancheswar P.S. Case No.149 dated 20.4.2020 registered for commission of offences under Sections 420/34, I.P.C. During course of hearing, he submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to approach the D.C.P., Bhubaneswar (opposite party no.3) for redressal of its grievances.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to approach the D.C.P., Bhubaneswar (opposite party no.3) by filing a grievance petition along with a certified copy of this order through Speed Post/Registered Post within a period of two weeks. In

// 2 // the event such grievance petition is received by opposite party no.3, he/she is directed to take a decision on the same in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said petition and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner. 5.

The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.
