Recording the statement made by the learned counsel for Petitioner that pleadings in C.S. No.155 of 2017 are already completed and there is no finality of the issues, this Court directs the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Sambalpur to conclude the proceeding vide C.S. No.155 of 2017 within a period of nine months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner. Petitioner is prohibited from taking any unnecessary adjournment in the Court below.
