1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The transfer petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 24 of C.P.C. read with Section 10 of Family Courts Act, 1984 for transfer of M.A.T. No. 01 of 2016 pending in the Court of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Malkanagiri, to the Court of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Koraput.

3. Ms. S. Devi, learned counsel for the petitioner files a memo in Court today and submits that the petitioner does not want to proceed with the case in view of the compromise between the parties. The said memo be kept on record.

4. Considering the above submission, the TRP(C) is disposed of as not pressed.

5. Interim order passed on 20.07.2016 stands vacated.

6. Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.

7. Copy of this order be sent to the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Malkanagiri.
