For the nature of relief sought for and for pendency of the Order No.

application at the instance of the Petitioners, vide Annexure-2 series on the selfsame grounds, this Writ Petition is not entertainable at this stage and the same stands disposed of directing O.P.3 to look into the request of the Petitioners, vide Annexure-2 series and pass appropriate orders on the same taking into consideration the grounds raised in this Writ Petition so also the documents appended thereto but however involving the Petitioners as well as O.Ps.4 to 8 within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioners. This Court has not expressed any opinion on merit of the case.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the Parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's Website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the
