1. Mr. P.K. Rath, learned counsel states that the papers have been taken away by the Petitioner from them. Accordingly, the names of Mr. P.K. Rath, learned counsel and associates be deleted.

2. None appears for the Petitioner.

3. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. The interim order dated 4th October 2007 passed in the present petition stands vacated.
