This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing mode. 2.

Heard learned counsel for both the parties and perused the records.

This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner for anticipatory bail.

It is submitted that probably Final Form has been submitted in the meantime. In the event, Final Form has not been submitted, it is open to the Petitioner to move before the court below for bail. 5.

Considering the nature of allegations made against the Petitioner, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar, in C.T. Case No.6840 of 2021, arising out of Info-city P.S. Case No.273 of 2021, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Magistrate may deem just and proper.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
