This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing mode. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that Petitioner is ready and willing to deposit Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand) towards the alleged misappropriated amount without prejudice to his rights and contentions before the court in seisin over the matter. 4.

On the Petitioner depositing an amount of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand) with the trial court within four weeks hence and surrender before the J.M.F.C., Kantabanji, in G.R. Case No.624 of 2021, arising out of Kantabanji P.S. Case No.304 of 2021, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Magistrate may deem just and proper.

It is made clear that if the Petitioner defaults in making the payment as directed above, he shall not be entitled to the benefit of this order and in such eventuality, this order shall stand revoked and thereafter it will be open for the I.O. to act in accordance with law. 6.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID -19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Office Order dated 7th January, 2022.
