1. It is seen that in the counter affidavit filed by Opposite Parties, it is stated that even prior to the status quo order passed by this Court on 21st January, 2013 in the present petition, which was received on 6th June, 2013, the work of construction was completed. In other words, the status quo order could not be given effect to.

2. The counter affidavit was filed in this Court way back on 12th July, 2013.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that if there is any surviving cause of action, the Petitioner will seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
