1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner on instructions states that as Order No.
far as Plot No.47 is concerned, the Petitioner is ready to pay the current market value and will make a representation to the IDCO in that regard. If such representation is made including the above offer not later than 14th March, 2022, the same shall be considered by IDCO and the decision thereon shall be communicated to the Petitioner not later than 18th April, 2022. It is needless to say that that decision shall be taken in the light of the IDCOs existing Rules and policies and subject to the said plot not having been allotted to anyone else. It would also be subject to the Petitioner vacating any other land it may have encroached upon in the meanwhile.
2. As regard execution by IDCO of a lease in favour of the Petitioner in respect of Plot Nos.46 and 48, Mr. Pattnaik, learned counsel for IDCO states that it will take place subject to verification on whether said plots have been let out unauthorisedly
by the Petitioner to anyone else and subject to the Petitioner clearing all statutory dues, and the issue concerning Plot No.47 being sorted out by compliance with the directions in para 1 above.
3. No further directions are called for. The writ petition is disposed of.
