Heard learned counsel for both the parties and perused the records.

This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner for anticipatory bail.

Considering the nature of allegations made against the Petitioner, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara, in G.R. Case No.2831 of 2021, arising out of Nikirai P.S. Case No.228 of 2021, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Magistrate may deem just and proper.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
