This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the order dated 04.05.2005 passed by the learned Special Judge under S.C. & S.T. (P.A) Act, Khurda in T.R. No.14/65 of 2004 wherein the learned Special Judge has framed the charge under Sections 341/323/354 IPC and Section 3(1)(xi) of the SC & ST (P.A) Act against him.

This case is of the year 2011. None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter was called.

It appears that the Petitioner is a recalcitrant litigant and does not want to proceed with the matter and has lost interest in the litigation.
