Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

It appears that the petitioner was caught red handed while she was in possession of brown sugar weighing 850 grams. 4.
Having regard to the materials on record which prima facie proves the involvement of the petitioner in the alleged occurrence, as also the fact that the seized brown sugar is more than commercial quantity, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore, rejected.

BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
