This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This is an application for extension of time. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the ABLAPL No.109 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 28.01.2022 granting bail to the petitioner but paragraph-8 has been inadvertently written and the same may be deleted. Hence, modification has been prayed for.

Accordingly, it is directed that paragraph-8 of the order dated 28.01.2022 be deleted, rest part of the order remaining the same and the petitioner can avail the benefit of the bail order dated 28.01.2022, if the petitioner surrender before the learned Special Judge, (SC & ST), Bhawanipatna on or before 14th of September, 2022.
