This RPFAM has been filed assailing order dated 19th January, 2011 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Puri in Criminal Proceeding No.93 of 2010.

On perusal of order sheet, it appears that after filing of the RPFAM, the Petitioner did not take any step to get the matter listed. The RPFAM was filed on 28th February, 2011 and the same is pending since more than eleven years. In that view of the matter it is apparent that the Petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the RPFAM.
