Pradhan, learned A.G.A. by filing the written instruction received from the IIC, Dhanupali P.S. along with a photocopy of death certificate of respondent No.2-Aditya Prasad Purohit submits that in the meanwhile, respondent No.2-Aditya Prasad Purohit has expired and, therefore, the appeal against him needs to be abated. The same be kept on record. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, the appeal against respondent No.2Aditya Prasad Purohit stands abated. 4.
