None appears for the petitioner, when the matter is taken up. 3.
Mr. S.S. Kanungo, learned Addl. Government Advocate submits that the victim girl, whose name is withheld for protecting her identity, has appeared in the Police Station in person and stated to the concerned Police Officer that, she had left the house of her own volition and she has married Respondent No.5 against whom allegation of abducting has been made.

In view of the above statement, we do not find any reason to continue with this proceeding. Accordingly, the same stands disposed of.
