Since the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order under Annexure-7 and to direct the opposite parties to clear all the pending dues, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer made in this writ petition. However if any cause of action still subsists as per the terms and conditions of the tender, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum, if he is so advised.
