Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not want to press the issue considering the election involved herein is scheduled to be held tomorrow (18.02.2022) and there has been already arrangement in conducting the election process in the particular booth. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner however prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to raise such issue in the event cause of action also arise in future election, but however appropriate time. Consequently, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn however with liberty as prayed for.
