This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. 2.

Considering the statement made by Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for Petitioner that not only pleadings in the C.P. No.249 of 2017 are already completed, but the evidence at the instance of the husband through affidavit are already submitted, this Court directs, the proceeding vide C.P. No.249 of 2017 shall be concluded providing opportunity of contest to the wife, within a period of nine months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner. It is also made clear that this order shall be worked-out subject to however the Petitioner clears the maintenance in favour of the wife.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner
