Learned counsel for the Respondents files a memo in Court today, which is taken on record. The memo reflects that the Appellant is dead since 07.03.2021.

Learned counsel, who had the power to appear on behalf of the Appellant (Since Dead) submits to have received no instruction in the matter from any of his legal representatives or relation and he expresses that he is not in a position to collect any such information even to contact anyone on behalf of the deceased Appellant.

In the above State of affair, the Appeal having abated stands dismissed. Nor order as to cost.
