1. There is an affidavit filed by Opposite Party No.3 stating that she has married the Petitioner of her own volition on 30th July 2014 itself. There is no opposition to the above affidavit on the side of the Police.

2. In that view of the matter, the Court quashes the criminal proceedings against the Petitioner in C.T. Case No.408 of 2014 corresponding to Bhograi P.S. Case No.160 of 2014 pending in the file of the JMFC, Jaleswar.

3. The CRLMC is disposed of. A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned court forthwith.
