1. The Petitioner's allegation in the present petition is that Order No.

Opposite Party Nos. 1 to 3 are not re-settling the Bhogra land in his favour in pursuance of the agreement executed on 3rd May 1951 between the Governor of Orissa and late Samarth Majhi, who was Thikadar.

2. This Court is of the considered view that it would be proper on the part of the Petitioner to approach the revenue authorities instead of rushing to this Court directly by filing this writ petition.

3. Mr. Patra, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner will file a representation before the Collector, Bolangir highlighting his grievance as made in the present petition.

4. If such a representation is filed within a period of one month from today, the Collector, Bolangir (Opposite Party No.2) shall take a decision thereon after affording an opportunity of hearing to Petitioner as well as Opposite Party Nos.4 to 9 as early as possible. If it is expedient, the Collector, Bolangir may obtain report in this regard from the Tahasildar, Titilagarh (Opposite Party No.3) and proceed with the matter in accordance with law. Till fresh decision is taken by Opposite Party No.2, the status quo ordered to be maintained by this Court shall continue.

5. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
