Learned advocates appearing for R.S.A No.254 of 2004, R.S.A No.255 of 2004 and WP(C) No.8314 of 2000 submits that since OJC No.11388 of 1996, OJC No.6010 of 2000, OJC No.8313 of 2000, WP(C) No.10818 of 2003 and WP(C) No.11015 of 2006 are distinct and different and the same are not relatable to R.S.A, hence the same be delinked. So also he submits that he does not want to press TRP(C) No.21 of 2005.

3. In view of such submission, this TRP(C) stands disposed of as withdrawn.
