Taking into account the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Judgment Debtor remained ex parte in the suit as well as in the Execution Proceeding, this Court observes, in the event there is no proceeding to recall such ex parte order in any court of law, the Execution Case No.1/2014 arising out of C.S. No.313/2012 pending before the Senior Civil Judge, Kendrapara is directed to be concluded at least within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order.
