Having perused the counter affidavit dated 3rd April 2014 of the Principal Secretary to Government, Water Resources Department, Odisha as well as the Collector, Rayagada, the Court is satisfied that adequate steps have been taken to ensure the availability of safe drinking water as well as water for Kharif Cultivation.
