This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the representation filed by the Petitioner dated 19th July, 2021 under Annexure-8 before the Secretary, School & Mass Education Department, Opposite Party No.1 is pending since long. No action has been taken as of now. He further submits that a direction be given to the Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the representation of the Petitioner dated 19th July, 2021.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the School & Mass Education Department submits that they have no objection if such a direction is given to consider the representation of the Petitioner. 4.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and without entering into the merits of the case, this Court disposes of the writ application with a direction to the Opposite Party No.1 to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-8 within a period

// 2 // of two weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. It is needless to say here that the Opposite Party No.1 shall pass a speaking and reasoned order on the representation of the Petitioner. The decision so taken by the Opposite Party No.1 shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a week thereafter. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.
