IA no.1415 of 2024 was disposed of on order dated 9th February, 2024. The application was for correction and the corrections were directed by said order. Registry has listed the disposed of application once again because there are errors in the correction order. 2.

Mr. Swain, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicants, who were writ petitioners. The writ petition was disposed of by order dated 31st March, 2022.

He submits, in disposal order dated 31st March, 2022 opposite parties were described as 'Bijay Kumar Samal and another' but correct description should be 'Binay Kumar Samal and another'. Furthermore,

// 2 // in said correction order dated 9th February, 2024, paragraph 2, substituted date should be '17th September, 2000' and not '17th September, 2006'. Also in correction order dated 9th February, 2024, paragraph 3, date of disposal order has been incorrectly given as 31st March, 2023. As aforesaid, the disposal order was made on 31st March, 2022.

The disposal and correction orders are deemed to be accordingly corrected.
