1. For the reasons stated therein, the delay in filing the appeal is hereby condoned. The application for condonation of delay is allowed. MACA No.817 of 2006

2. Learned counsel for the Appellant states that the Court fee has already been paid and the noting to the contrary by the Registry is not correct. Office to verify the same.

3. It is stated that for the injury of a fracture of a right leg, the Appellant has been awarded by the MACT, Keonjhar a sum of Rs.1,000/-. Considering that the injury has not resulted any disability, as far as the Appellant is concerned, the Court is of the view that the impugned award does not require any interference.

4. The appeal is accordingly dismissed.
