2. Heard Mr. Sangram Rath, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.S.K.Mishra, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioner is in custody since 24th December, 2021 in connection with Pipil P.S. Case No.392/2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.558/2021 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Pipili for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 409/420/467/468/471/120-B/34 of I.P.C.

4. Having regard to the submissions made, the materials on record and the fact that investigation into the case is still in progress, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is, therefore, rejected.

5. It is open to the Petitioner to renew his prayer after submissions of charge sheet.
