1. There has been no stay of the impugned order of the CAT which Order No.

merely asks the Petitioner to consider the case of the Opposite Party for providing employment on compassionate grounds within 60 days from the dated of the order and communicate the decision to the Opposite Party. According to counsel for the Petitioner, the said order has already been complied with. In that view of the matter nothing survives in this petition.

2. The writ petition is disposed of as such.
