Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This I.A. has been filed by the Petitioner for extension of time to surrender in connection with S.T. Case No.37 of 2019 pending in the Court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kendrapara arising out of Marsaghai P.S. Case No.164 of 2018. 3.

Taking into account the recitals in the I.A. and the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the period for surrender is further extended for a period of three weeks from this day.

It is made clear that no motion for further extension shall be entertained.

Other conditions remain unaltered.

Accordingly, the I.A. stands disposed of.

Learned Court in seisin is requested to act in terms of the earlier orders dated 22.02.2022, 04.04.2022 and the order passed today.
