Writ Petition in order to avail appeal remedy. 2.

The Writ Petition thus stands disposed of as withdrawn but however with liberty as prayed for. In the event the Petitioner has any pending Appeal, order in the Interim Application shall be passed within fifteen days from the date of production of copy of this order. In the meantime, there shall be status quo as on today in respect of the disputed property for fifteen days, i.e., till passing of the order in the Interim Application by the Appellate Authority.
