1. For the past 11 years no notice has been served upon the Opposite Parties. The report of service as far as Opposite Party No.2 is concerned is that he has 'gone away'. No attempt has been made by the Petitioner to ascertain the present correct address of the Opposite Parties and to ensure service of notice on them. Since the matter is very old, the Court does not propose to grant any further indulgence in this regard.
