This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode. 2.
Heard Mr. S.K. Misha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department.

In compliance of the order dated 06.01.2022, Mr. S. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department received instructions and filed the same in Court today by way of an affidavit enclosing the letter dated 11.01.2022 issued by the District Education Officer, Boudh with regard to the vacancies in respect of periphery of Boudh where the petitioner can be adjusted on the basis of roll strength to the following effect:- i) S.C. High School, Birnarasinghpur-215 students14kms distance from Boudh. ii) Jahnapank Nodal Govt. High School-313 students-12 kms distance from Boudh and
iii) Govt. Nodal High School, Badhigan-213 students-06 kms distance from Boudh.

Mr. S.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be adjusted against the vacancy in Govt. Nodal High School, Badhigan, which is 6 kms distance from Boudh. 5.
In the above view of the matter, this writ petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.4 to adjust the petitioner in the Govt. Nodal High School, Badhigan within a period of seven days from the date of production/communication of certified/authenticated copy of this order.
As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed, vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, as modified by Court's notice no. 4798 dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
