Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs, if there is no major defects creating huddles on the entertainability of the R.P. Case No.43/2020 and if the Petitioner submits an application before the competent authority for admission of the R.P. Case No.43/2020, the R.P. Case No.43/2020 will be taken up for admission immediately thereafter. 3.
The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. 4.
