Perused the report filed by the IIC, Harichandanpur P.S. at Flag-'F' and letter of the Superintendent of District Jail, Keonjhar at Flag-'G' regarding death of Appellant Sura Munda while he was in custody being convicted and sentenced for life imprisonment for offence under Section 302 IPC in S.T. Case No.48/107 of 2012 of the Court of learned Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Keonjhar.

Taking into consideration such facts, the appeal abates.
