The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties not to cancel the lease agreement with the petitioner's society and not to withdraw an area of Ac.79.03 decimals from out of the total lease area of Ac.728.67 decimals of Kantei Ghoda Sipal Jano as per Annexure-3.

Since the lease period has already been expired, by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous. 6.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
