This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode.

2. Heard Mr. D.N. Rath, learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order dated 20.05.2021 under Annexure-7. They further seeks direction to the opposite parties to regularize services of the petitioners for the period from 07.07.2017 to 09.11.2017 for all purposes and also release the salary for the said period within a stipulated period.

4. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners stated that the petitioners may be permitted to move a fresh representation highlighting their grievances before opposite party no.1, so that the same can be considered in accordance with law within a stipulated period, to which learned State Counsel has no objection.

5. As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, this Court directs the petitioners to file a fresh representation within a period of ten days from today highlighting their grievances before opposite party no.1. In the event the petitioners file such representation along with this order, opposite party no.1 shall consider the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months thereafter.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed, vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, as modified by Court's Notice No. 4798 dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
