Heard Mr. S.S. Parida on behalf of Mr. M. Mishra, learned Senior Advocate for the Petitioner and Ms. S. Moharana on behalf of Dr. D.P. Nanda, learned counsel for the Opposite Parties 3 and 4. 3.

Ms. Moharana, learned counsel for the Opposite Parties, on instruction, places on record the office order dated 09.09.2015 pursuant to the decision of the Odisha Hydro Power Corporation Limited relating to regularization of 76 NE-1 employees. The same is taken on record.

In the said office order, the name of the Petitioner appears in serial no.48. It is seen that in terms of the decision taken by the Board of Directors, the Petitioner (NE-1) has been re-designated as Helper. 5.

In view of such submission, the grievance of the Petitioner no longer subsists.
