1. In view of the judgment of the Supreme Court in Shree Order No.
Jagannath Temple Managing Committee v. Siddha Math Vol. (II) 2016 CLT 201 SC, the Petitioner can no longer claim to continue in the property in question in any capacity whatsoever. It will however be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate civil remedies if it is so permissible in accordance with law. No further directions are called for.
2. The writ petition stands dismissed. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.
