CORAM:
JUSTICE SASHIKANTA MISHRA ORDER_ 02.08.2022 BLAPL No. 85 of 2022 & IA. No. 85 of 202 1.
This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
Order No.
8.
2.
Learned State Counsel has obtained instructions with regard to the medical document enclosed to the IA and the health condition of the petitioner's father. The local IIC has submitted a report after contacting Dr. Sumit Kumar Bein, the Medical Officer CHC, Kunduli to ascertain the present health condition and genuineness of OPD prescription. As such, he was ascertained that there was no patient named Narayan Senapati with the OPD registration number as indicated in the document enclosed to the IA. It is also specifically stated that the said OPD prescription is fake. 3.
The petitioner had managed to obtain release on interim bail on the basis of such documents. It amounts to playing fraud on the
Court which is something that cannot be accepted. 4.
Having regard to the conduct of the petitioner, I am not inclined to entertain the application any more. 5.
The I.A. as well as the bail application stands rejected. (Sashikanta Mishra) Judge B.C. Tudu
