Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs, if the pleadings in Settlement Appeal Case No.251 of 2015 are already completed and if the Petitioner submits an application before the competent authority for expeditious disposal of the Settlement Appeal Case No.251 of 2015, the competent authority shall do well in expediting the hearing of the Settlement Appeal Case No.251 of 2015 and disposing of the same involving all the parties concerned, within a period of three months from the date of filing of the application.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. 4.
