Considering the innocuous prayer and as this Court finds, Order No.

Annexure-8 appears to be pending on the selfsame issue, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs the Collector, Balasore to consider the grievance of the Petitioners in the matter of construction of Kalyan Mandap, vide Annexure-8 by completing the entire exercise within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioners, if necessary providing opportunity to the representative of the Petitioners. In the meantime if the construction has not commenced, the same may not be commenced till disposal of the representation of the Petitioners at Annexure-8.
