This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared for the petitioner on the last date on 29.09.2022. But Mr. Goutam Pattnayak, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Kousik Anand Guru, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 is present. This Court by an order passed on 29.09.2022 directed the petitioner to apprise the Court about the present status of the case but the same has not yet been complied.

In view of the aforesaid premises, it pre-supposes that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. 4.

Hence, the CRLMC stands dismissed.
