Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.

Mr.Mishra, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner under the pretext of availability of statutory appeal remedy wants to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file appeal involving the order at Annexure-4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as not entertainable at this stage but, however with liberty to the petitioner to file appeal under the appropriate provision within a period of two weeks hence along with required applications for condonation of delay and interim protection. In the event of any such Application filed, the delay shall be condoned and the appeal shall be heard on its own merit besides the Application for interim protection shall also be taken up and decided. Till a decision is taken on the application for interim protection, status quo as of now involving the disputed property shall be maintained.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as
