1. In the present case, the Petitioner was granted license earlier 26.08.2008 whereas demand has been raised for the month of May, June, July and August, 2008. In view of the judgment of this Court dated 22nd January, 2019 in W.P.(C) No. 14293 of 2006, the impugned demand is quashed.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
