CORAM:
JUSTICE BISWANATH RATH
ORDER
02.12.2022 4.
1.
Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Order No.
2.
Petitioner has a statutory remedy of appeal. It appears through Anenxure-1 that a proceeding under Section 37(1) of the OCH & PFL Act has been rejected on the premises not being maintainable. As a course of measure, it appears petitioner undertook Section 9(3) of the OCH & PFL exercise. Being aggrieved by the outcome in such proceeding, the petitioner preferred this writ petition challenging the order at Anenxure-2. This Court finds for availability of statutory remedy of appeal, the impugned order at Annexure-2 is not entertainable at this stage. Thus while declining to entertain the writ petition, this Court provides opportunity to the petitioner to avail appeal remedy if so advised.
3.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
